ForgeGrown Services

Website Redesign Services

A redesign should have a reason beyond making a site look newer. An existing website may still contain useful content and brand equity while suffering from poor mobile behavior, confusing navigation, dated presentation, weak calls to action, oversized assets or technical issues. ForgeGrown approaches redesigns by identifying what should be preserved and what is getting in the way.

What this service can include

  • Mobile and responsive redesign
  • Navigation and content restructuring
  • Technical SEO and redirect review
  • Performance/image cleanup
  • Forms, calls to action and feature modernization

Keep what works; rebuild what does not

A redesign does not require throwing away everything. Existing copy, photos, service information, domain history and useful page structure can often be retained or improved. We review the current experience and focus changes on usability, clarity, performance and the business goals behind the site.

Mobile usability is part of the redesign

A site that looks acceptable on a large monitor can still be frustrating on a phone. Navigation, forms, image cropping, text width, tap targets, sticky elements and calls to action all need to be evaluated at smaller sizes. ForgeGrown builds and tests with mobile use in mind rather than treating it as a scaled-down desktop layout.

Protect the search foundation during a rebuild

Changing URLs, removing useful content or mishandling redirects can create avoidable search problems. A redesign should account for crawlability, page titles, headings, canonical URLs, sitemap/robots handling and redirects where URLs change. These steps create a sound foundation but do not guarantee rankings or preserve every search position.

A redesign can also simplify the business

The project is an opportunity to decide whether old pages, duplicate information or unnecessary features still serve a purpose. It can also be a good time to improve quote forms, galleries, scheduling, integrations or other customer paths when those changes support a real need.
